Within MobilOps™ is a powerful system for the creation and management of procedures and procedure content. The power lies in three components used for: editing, content management and procedure execution (field use).
Building and Editing Procedures
This tool is designed to deliver "Guided Authoring,” helping your writers by taking the grunt work out of document formatting. All formatting is developed within unbreakable templates, managing things like: numbering, indention, headers, footers, warnings, cautions, graphics, sign-off boxes and many more formatting issues.
Step creation is easy and powerful, including tables, graphics, attachments, links, bullet lists and other formatting consistencies (managed by your style guide within the system). All procedures are managed in true XHTML format, allowing flexibility in output (varying templates and handheld use).

Routing, Comment Capture and Revisions
Any user of procedures can quickly issue a change request from either a PC or Handheld. Procedures have owners and life cycles, notifying personnel when a procedure is up for annual review via email. Routing to approversť is easy and all comments about procedure changes are captured at the step level.
Finding and Using Procedures
The lookup of information is easy and can be done from any PC in the plant or from your MobilOps™ handheld safety system. Procedures can be printed in a number of ways (formats), including interactive, step-by-step completion, with sign-off in the field (handheld).
