Dear fellow Turner Industries employees –
As you may be aware, the EEOC has issued a statement that
certain employees in our Paris, Texas fabrication plant were harassed or were
victims of retaliation. I want you
to understand that we strongly disagree with the EEOC’s findings, and we are
defending our employment practices at that facility, as well as any job site
that may be mentioned.
The EEOC will invite us to a meeting in the near future, and
we welcome that opportunity to show them that our work places are free of
harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation.
You are our most valuable asset. It is through you and your outstanding efforts that our
clients and shareholders are served.
We have been in business for over 50 years. Our work product, our standing with our clients, and our
standing in the communities in which we live and work are second to none.
Integrity and our reputation are our strong suits. We will never compromise our business
principles, and we will not allow any of these charges to affect how we conduct
our business.
We are and have been in contact with our clients, and we’re
doing our best to keep them informed of our efforts to fight these false
charges.
Thank you for your support and your tireless efforts.
Sincerely,

Roland Toups
Chairman & CEO
