Stephen M. Toups has been named Corporate Vice President for Business Development and Marketing.

In this role, Mr. Toups will focus on the coordination of all Business Development resources.  His prime charge will be to focus on existing client relationships and to identify new opportunities for the company.

This also announces the creation of a Sales Council that will represent each of Turner's business lines.  Toups will coordinate the activities of the Sales Council and will report periodically to the President's Council.
