Turner Industries is pleased to announce our alliance with Cinatra Clean Technologies, Inc. to provide our clients with an exciting new automated tank cleaning technology that will change the way tank cleaning and maintenance is handled in the U.S. and North America.
Already being effectively utilized in other parts of the world, Cinatra Clean Technologies, Inc., through its license arrangement with the Danish firm, Oreco, has exclusive rights to market this technology in North America. Cinatra has chosen Turner Industries as its alliance industrial services provider to assist them with introducing the BLABO® technology to the North American market. A fully automated, non-person entry process system, the BLABO® technology has been developed with HSE in mind and sets new standards for safe, environmentally friendly tank cleaning and oil recovery.
The economics from utilization of this technology are compelling. Based on a tank size of 120,000 bbls, tank cleaning durations are reduced from a typical sixty (60) days to fifteen (15) using the BLABO® technology and approximately 95% of the sludge can be recovered when cleaning a typical crude oil storage tank.
