Harmony Signs CLAS Partnership

The Texas Divisions of Harmony, L.L.C. and Harmony Industrial Maintenance, L.L.C. are proud to announce that they are entering the second year as members of the ABC Greater Houston Chapter OSHA/ABC CLAS Partnership, "Construction Leaders Agreement for Safety". To qualify for the CLAS Partnership a contractor must achieve the ABC Platinum level status in the STEP Process and must submit a worksite and the worksite safety programs to be reviewed by a verification team which consist of contractor safety professionals. The final step is to submit a worksite by either the Houston OSHA North or OSHA South office.

Members of the CLAS Partnership, Texas Division have recognized significant benefits through the open and proactive communication established through this partnership with OSHA.

On April 19, 2004, Harmony representatives had the opportunity to meet with Mr. John Henshaw, Assistant Secretary of Labor, to discuss future partnering opportunities with OSHA.
