ASME Stamps and NBIC Authorization

As an ASME and API certified industrial contractor, Turner Industries holds the ASME “U,” “S,” and “R” stamps, along with NBIC authorization for repairs and alterations. These credentials reflect our commitment to ASME code fabrication and repair practices across a wide range of materials and service conditions.

ASME “U” Stamp

Authorizes Turner Industries to fabricate pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1. Applicable materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel and chromium alloys, titanium, and aluminum.

ASME “S” Stamp

Certifies Turner for the fabrication of power boilers under ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements.

NBIC “R” Stamp

Authorizes Turner Industries to perform NBIC repairs and alterations on pressure-retaining items, ensuring that repaired equipment meets the original code of construction.

  • NPT (Nuclear Piping): Fabrication of nuclear piping systems

NDE Inspecciones and API/CWI/NACE Servicios

API Inspection Servicios

Turner’s API Certified Inspectors perform visual inspections on pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks, including API 650 and API 653 tank fabrication and inspection. In addition to visual inspection, our team can provide repair recommendations and perform half-life calculations to support your asset integrity programs.

ASNT-TC-1A Nondestructive Testing

Nondestructive examination personnel are certified in accordance with ASNT Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A, the long-standing industry framework for NDE qualification and certification. Our technicians are qualified across multiple testing methodologies to support project-specific inspection scopes.

NDE capabilities include:

  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
