SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT POLICY

This policy outlines Turner’s expectations regarding ethics, business integrity, health and safety, the environment, the community, and the economy. Turner recognizes that the products and services we purchase have inherent impacts on these aspects.

We align ourselves with partners within the supply chain who share our strategic vision and values and make significant and continual improvements in the sustainability of our investment decisions.

LED UPGRADES
Turner replaced the lighting throughout two of its campuses with new low-energy LED fixtures, reducing their carbon footprint and improving workplace visibility at the same time.

ELECTRIFYING JOBSITES
We are currently installing EV charging stations at multiple facilities to support our our employees’ vehicles as well as our upcoming electric fleet. This reduces greenhouse gas emissions while encouraging the adoption of renewable energy sources that are less likely to add to the carbon footprint.
SUSTAINABILITY & INNOVATIONS SOLUTIONS GROUP
The sustainability and Innovations Solutions Group is a team of Turner Industries executives and managers who meet regularly to discuss and help advance the company’s sustainability efforts. This group will continue to pursue sustainability improvements that keep pace with our clients and the communities we serve.
COMPUTER RECYCLING
Turner’s computer recycling program promotes the proper disposal of and recycling of old and outdated computers. Each year we recycle 400–500 computers, allowing parts and materials to be reused.

Scaffolding Project for Seaboard Energy in Kansas
Turner Industries’ Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting and Abatement (SIPA) group completed a complex scaffolding project for Seaboard Energy’s renewable diesel facility in Hugoton, Kansas.
Turner Completes Two Tesla Projects in Austin
Turner Industries worked on two Tesla projects in Austin, Texas, which involved installing Tesla-owned robotics and conveyor systems, and outage work that focused on maintenance support.
Fin Fan Replacement Project at Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG Facility 
Turner Industries recently completed a fin fan replacement project on the first of six trains at Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG export facility in Cameron, Louisiana.

This recognition reflects our dedication to environmental responsibility, social progress, and ethical business practices. EcoVadis assesses companies across four key themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The “Committed” badge signifies that Turner has demonstrated a structured approach to sustainability and has implemented concrete actions to address environmental and social impacts
