BP Whiting Modernization Project  

Turner Industries’ Port Allen pipe fabrication facility completed a 2,751-spool project for Bechtel andTurner Industries’ Pipe Fabrication Division fabricated more than 52,000 pipe spools for the BP Whiting Modernization Project.

• All of Turner’s Texas fabrication shops had a part in this project.
• Completed spools were sent to module manufacturers for assembly, then shipped to the site as completed modules
• In addition to the module spools, Turner also fabricated the pipe that was used as the on-site connectors for the installation of the modules
