The 2019 Who Dat Crackin’ Turnaround was one of Shell Norco Manufacturing Complex’s largest and most complex turnarounds in the history of Shell Norco.
As one of the main contractors, Turner was tasked with adding 500 employees to complete the event. Led by the turnaround services group, Turner’s scope included work on unites across the refinery, performing work on piping, exchangers, reactors, valves, electrical and instrumentation.
