OCTOBER 2025 CEO CHAT: TAKING CARE OF EACH OTHER

In his October message, Stevie reminds us that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and emphasizes that early detection is key—not just for breast cancer, but for all types of cancer.

New Turner employees are joining us at sites throughout the U.S. every day, and Stevie wants to share a critical safety message with ALL Turner employees: “No Walk. No Work.” Before starting work, a job walkthrough must be done to make sure everyone understands the safety procedures. This kind of mindset has helped Turner teams like the one at the ExxonMobil Baton Rouge Polyolefins Plant achieve an incredible 24 years with no recordable incidents. Congratulations to them and all the Turner teams that work safely every day!
