Alvin W. Vogtle Electric Generating Plant
Services Provided
In 2019, Turner Industries’ Paris, Texas pipe fabrication facility fabricated 825 ASME Section III pipe spools for Units 3 and 4 of the Alvin W. Vogtle Electric Generating Plant. This project underscored Turner’s expertise and capacity in handling large-scale, high-quality nuclear fabrication projects, contributing significantly to the expansion of one of the largest nuclear plants in the United States.
Plant Vogtle Units 3 and 4 are the first new nuclear units built in the United States in the past three decades.
