New Network User Instructions

Attention: You must sign in for the first time using a computer or tablet. Logging in with your cell phone will prevent you from scanning the needed QR code.

Logging into your email account:

1. Go to console.jumpcloud.com and sign in with your company email and password.
2. Select JumpCloud Protect from the options available
3. Download the JumpCloud Protect app on your phone (iOS or Android).
4. On your computer, click the “I have the App” button. (Do not scan the first QR code)
5. Open the app on your phone, accept the requested permissions, and tap “Add account”
6. Scan the QR code on your computer screen to activate.

Accessing Email:

Once verified, go to mail.google.com to access your email. Future logins will require you to approve a verification prompt sent to the JumpCloud Protect app on your phone.

Changing your initial password:

1. Visit console.jumpcloud.com to log in using your provided credentials.
2. Locate and select the Security tab on the sidebar menu.
3. Choose the Reset option found in the password section.
4. Create a new password with 15 characters minimum.
