Smart Solutions Drive Value at Enterprise Mont Belvieu

Turner Industries believes that cost savings, no matter how small, contribute to a client’s overall success. For example, this commitment was recently demonstrated at Enterprise Mont Belvieu, where Turner recently implemented a few cost-saving initiatives. 

Turner’s site team discovered several opportunities to streamline the uniform program. By adjusting the number of FR uniform sets, the team achieved cost reductions for the client.

We’re constantly looking for ways to work smarter,” said Travis Osborn, site manager for Turner Industries at the Enterprise Mont Belvieu site. “Sometimes it’s the small details that add up to make a big difference.

In a second initiative, the Turner team identified an opportunity to replace 14 leased trucks with just three Turner vans. This change not only reduced costs but delivered important safety benefits by reducing the number of vehicles in operation.
