Rope Access Team Completes Auto Manufacturer’s Project Ahead of Schedule

Turner Industries recently undertook a project for an auto manufacturer in the southeast U.S. This job involved removing 396 sprinkler heads and installing plugs in an occupied commercial building with heights reaching approximately 28 feet. This was critical for the auto manufacturer to secure an occupancy permit for a lithium battery assembly area and convert their fire suppression system from wet to dry.

Turner assembled a team of seven professionals who completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule. This was the auto manufacturer’s first encounter with rope access, and they were impressed with the results and efficiency.

This collaboration not only met the auto manufacturer’s immediate needs, but highlighted Turner’s capabilities in efficient and innovative project performance.

A rope access team recently removed almost 400 sprinkler heads and installed plugs for an auto manufacturer that needed to convert its fire suppression system.
